1. After the customer receives the goods sent by Dinghui, please check whether the goods and samples are identical, non-destructive and the quantity is complete according to the contract. In case of damage or small quantity, product quality problems, etc., please contact our after-sales service personnel in time, submit written objections and treatment opinions within three days, and provide pictures or related certificates, so that we can handle the refund and exchange formalities for you in time.
2. Customers in Guangzhou should carefully check and accept the goods according to the contract if Dinghui staff deliver them to their doors in person. Once the goods are signed and received, Ding Hui will not be responsible for returning or exchanging the goods without quality problems under normal use of the goods.
3. when the goods do not meet the contract requirements, you can apply for a refund. When the goods meet the contract requirements and apply for returns, Dinghui will not accept returns in principle. If customers insist on returns, they must pay 90% liquidated damages for the goods.
4. Once the customer signs and receives the goods, Dinghui will no longer be responsible for the quality and quantity of the products, and will not accept the requirement of return and exchange.
5. Digital, electronic, small household appliances, health care devices, watches and other products, from the customer received products within 7 days, if quality problems occur, customers can contact Dinghui after-sales personnel immediately, we will promptly respond to processing. When returning or exchanging goods, you must send back the same products as the outer packing, the inner accessories, the warranty card and the instructions.
